• Recycled Lace and Recycled Microfibre: We prioritise sustainability in our designs.  The MultiTasker is crafted from premium recycled lace and microfibre, offering a delicate and environmentally conscious choice. The composition of the lace is 95% recycled polyester and 5% spandex. The composition of the microfibre is 79% recycled nylon and 21% spandex.
• 100% Organic Cotton Gusset: The MultiTasker features a 100% organic cotton gusset, ensuring a healthy, soft and breathable feel against your skin.
• EP (Environmental Protection) Dyes: Your well-being matters to us. Rest assured, the dyes used in The MultiTasker are EP certified, meeting stringent quality and safety standards.

Thoughtful Designs

• Cover-stitch Crotch Construction: We've perfected the details.  The MultiTasker features a cover-stitch attachment between the microfibre and gusset/lace join, eliminating material overlapping and excess bulk.  This creates a smooth, thin, and durable attachment for maximum comfort.
• Extended longevity: We value durability.  The microfibre of The MultiTasker is expertly designed with a very fine elastic in its seam, extending the life of our garments wash after wash, ensuring return of the microfibre while providing a comfortable and secure fit.

High Hip is measured around the top of the hip bones. 

Waistbands are generously designed to be flattering and not cut-in. Sizing-up is not required.

V·lette size M wears a Country Road size 10 pant.

Models: Brontie wears size XS and Simmy wears size M.

Shipping within Australia (AusPost)

Standard Shipping:
- $7.50 for orders under $100
- Free for orders over $100

Express Shipping:
- $10 for orders under $100
- $5 for orders between $100-$200
- Free for orders over $200


International Shipping (AusPost or DHL)

Standard Shipping (1 - 2 weeks):
- Free for orders over $200
- $20 for orders under $200


Order Processing
All orders are shipped out within 1 business days of purchase from our warehouse located on the Gold Coast, Australia. All orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST will be sent the same business day, however this is not always possible in peak times (Christmas, Easter, collection launches, sale periods, etc).

Customers will receive an automatic order confirmation email after an order is placed. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive another confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these automatic emails, please get in touch with us by emailing customercare@vlette.com.


Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is shipped from the V·lette warehouse. You can track the progress of the shipping via the following link:

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you've made a mistake with your order (e.g. wrong size or colour), we recommend reaching out to us via email as soon as you can. Please email our customer support team at customercare@vlette.com (please include your order number in the email).

We cannot guarantee the change can be made before your order is packed and dispatched, however we'll try our best to help you resolve your issue as soon as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Details
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping address details when making their purchase, and V·lette will not be responsible for missing packages due to incorrect shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges
At V·lette, we're committed to providing you with beautifully designed lingerie that perfectly complements your style and curves. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. To ensure we balance customer satisfaction with hygiene and safety, our policy varies slightly depending on the product type:

Underwear:

• Hygiene Standards: To ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for opened items (items removed from their individual compostable bags). We appreciate your understanding in supporting our efforts.
• Unopened Items: We do offer returns & exchanges for unopened items in their original individual packaging.
• Bundle Tip: If you're taking advantage of our bundle deals, we recommend opening and trying on only one pair first. This allows you to check the fit while keeping the remaining pairs sealed and eligible for exchange if needed.

Bras:

• Exchanges & Refunds: We are happy to offer size exchanges and refunds on all Bras to ensure you get the perfect fit.
• Condition: Items must be returned in a saleable condition with all original tags attached.
• Packaging: Please note, all padded bras must be returned in the original cardboard box provided to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs
Please note, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items to us. As a small business, we aren't large enough to absorb this cost yet, and we appreciate your understanding. However, we will happily cover the shipping cost of sending your size exchange back to you.
