• EP (Environmental Protection) Dyes: We care about your well-being.  The dyes used in The ActiveDay are EP certified, meeting high-quality and safety standards.

• Thin and Gentle Leg Elastic: The ActiveDay is designed with a very thin and gentle leg elastic, minimising tension and maximising comfort during active moments.

Waistbands are designed to be flattering and not cut-in. Sizing-up is not required.

V·lette size M wears a Country Road size 10 pant.

Shipping within Australia (AusPost)

Standard Shipping (2 - 4 days):
- Free for orders with 3+ items
- $7.50 for all other orders

Express Shipping (1 - 2 days):
- Free for orders over $200
- $10 for orders under $200

International Shipping (AusPost or DHL)

Standard Shipping (1 - 2 weeks):
- Free for orders over $200
- $20 for orders under $200


Order Processing
All orders are shipped out within 1 business days of purchase from our warehouse located on the Gold Coast, Australia. All orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST will be sent the same business day, however this is not always possible in peak times (Christmas, Easter, collection launches, sale periods, etc).

Customers will receive an automatic order confirmation email after an order is placed. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive another confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these automatic emails, please get in touch with us by emailing customercare@vlette.com.


Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is shipped from the V·lette warehouse. You can track the progress of the shipping via the following link:

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you've made a mistake with your order (e.g. wrong size or colour), we recommend reaching out to us via email as soon as you can. Please email our customer support team at customercare@vlette.com (please include your order number in the email).

We cannot guarantee the change can be made before your order is packed and dispatched, however we'll try our best to help you resolve your issue as soon as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Details
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping address details when making their purchase, and V·lette will not be responsible for missing packages due to incorrect shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges
At V·lette, we're committed to providing you with beautifully designed lingerie that perfectly complements your style and curves. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, to ensure hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for opened items (items opened from their individual compostable bags). We appreciate your understanding in supporting our efforts.

We do offer returns & exchanges for unopened items in their original individual packaging, allowing you to find the ideal size or style that suits you best. Please note, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. Our small business isn't large enough to absorb this cost yet, we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We will cover the return size exchange shipping back to you.
