Shipping policy

Please note: all currencies mentioned below are in Australian Dollars (AUD)


Shipping within Australia (AusPost)

Standard Shipping:
- $10 for orders under $100
- Free for orders over $100

Express Shipping:
- $15 for orders under $100
- $5 for orders between $100-$150
- Free for orders over $150


International Shipping (AusPost or DHL)

Standard Shipping (1 - 2 weeks):
- Free for orders over $200
- $20 for orders under $200


Order Processing
All orders are shipped out within 1 business days of purchase from our warehouse located on the Gold Coast, Australia. All orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST will be sent the same business day, however this is not always possible in peak times (Christmas, Easter, collection launches, sale periods, etc).

Customers will receive an automatic order confirmation email after an order is placed. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive another confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these automatic emails, please get in touch with us by emailing customercare@vlette.com.


Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is shipped from the V·lette warehouse. You can track the progress of the shipping via the following link:

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you've made a mistake with your order (e.g. wrong size or colour), we recommend reaching out to us via email as soon as you can. Please email our customer support team at customercare@vlette.com (please include your order number in the email).

We cannot guarantee the change can be made before your order is packed and dispatched, however we'll try our best to help you resolve your issue as soon as possible.


Custom / Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges specific to their country. Please check your governments import fees and taxing before placing orders with V·lette, as we do not cover these fees. V·lette will provide an commercial invoice outlining the full Australian Dollar (AUD) amount paid on international shipments.


Incorrect Shipping Details
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping address details when making their purchase, and V·lette will not be responsible for missing packages due to incorrect shipping information.
