Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day from our Gold Coast warehouse. Orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST will usually be dispatched the same business day, although delays may occur during peak periods, sales and product launches.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email customercare@vlette.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed or dispatched.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable in their country. These costs are not covered by V·lette.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. V·lette cannot be responsible for orders that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your V·lette purchase. To balance customer satisfaction with hygiene and safety, our returns policy varies slightly by product type.
Underwear:
- Unopened Items: Returns and exchanges are available for underwear that remains unopened and sealed in its original individual compostable packaging.
- Opened Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for underwear that has been removed from its individual packaging.
- Bundle Tip: If you've purchased multiple pairs, we recommend opening and trying on just one pair first. This keeps the remaining pairs eligible for return or exchange if you need a different size.
Bras:
- Exchanges & Refunds: We are happy to offer size exchanges or refunds on bras.
- Condition: Bras must be returned in a saleable condition with all original tags attached.
- Packaging: Padded bras must be returned in the original cardboard box provided to prevent damage during transit.
Return Timeframes
All return or exchange requests must be made by email within 30 days of purchase. Once your return or exchange has been approved, the items must be sent back to us within 14 days of your request.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. For approved size exchanges, V·lette will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
